Resumen

Este ensayo se adentra en el periodo más oscuro y polémico del “terrorismo de Estado” en la historia reciente argentina: desde la dictadura autodenominada “Revolución Argentina” hasta el comienzo del tercer gobierno peronista en la ciudad de Rosario. El análisis historiográfico de las causas de lesa humanidad es puesto en diálogo con la práctica jurídica militante defendida por el derecho insurgente y el derecho alternativo.

Abstract

This essay goes into the darkest and most polemic period of state terrorism in Argentina’s recent history: from the dictatorship self proclaimed “Argentinean revolution” to the beginning of the third peronist government in the city of Rosario. The historiographic analysis of the cases of crimes against humanity is put in relation to the militant legal practice defended by insurgent law and alternative law.
