Resumen

El argumento, inaugurado por Althusser en 1977, sobre la inexistencia de una teoría del Estado en Marx, sólo puede operar a partir de una doble mistificación que, en primer lugar, considera la política como parte de una “superestructura” determinada esencialmente a partir de una “base” económica y que, en segundo lugar, confunde el contenido transhistórico de la Nación con su contenido propiamente burgués. En este análisis, se propone la recuperación del valor de uso como elemento transhistórico, que constituye la matriz analítica básica para la crítica de las formas sociales bajo el capital; con ello, se descubre la existencia de una politicidad básica que, al desarrollarse el régimen de propiedad privada, se ve reprimida y suplantada por el mercado, como forma de regulación económica del metabolismo social; dicho de otra forma, en un régimen donde el capital industrial es la relación social determinante, la asocialidad fundamental de la propiedad sólo puede ser superada instaurando la mercancía como “nuevo vínculo social”, como la forma de regulación económica del metabolismo social. En este marco, resulta necesaria una recuperación seria del plan de los seis libros, esbozado por Marx en la Introducción de 1857, que permitirá una mejor comprensión del Estado como parte de la crítica de la economía política

Abstract

The argument, inaugurated by Althusser in 1977, about the existence of a theory of the State in Marx, can only operate based on a double mystification that, on the one hand, considers politics as part of a superstructure determined by an economic base and on the other, the confusion of the transhistoric content of the Nation with its bourgeois content. In this analysis, we propose the concept of use-value as a tran shistoric element which constirutes the basic analytic matrix for the cri tique of social forms under capital; with this we discover the existence of a basic politicity that, in the developing of the private property regime is repressed and substituted by the market, as a form of economic regula tion of the social metabolism; in other words, in a regime where industrial capital is the determinant social relationship, property’s fundamentally asocial aspect can only be overcome by the instauration of commodities as the “new social bond”, as the new form of economic regulation of the social metabolism. In this framework, it becomes necessary to recast the six book plan sketched by Marx in the 1857 introduction, that would al low a better understanding of the State as a part of the critique of politi cal economy.
