Resumen

Se busca en este ensayo analizar los alcances y limitaciones ideológicas de la interpretación constitucional respecto de un fallo particular, donde se puso en confrontación la técnica de interpretación constitucional y las convicciones religiosas y sociales, en tanto elementos de la cultura, de las juezas y jueces del antiguo Tribunal Constitucional.

Abstract

This essay analyzes the scope and ideological restrictions of the constitutional interpretation with respect to specific sentences where the technical interpretation of the constitutional regulations struggle with the social and religious beliefs. It also explores the influence of the culture of the judges integrating the previous Constitutional Court.
