Resumen

Derechos humanos, entre otros elementos, tiene a las luchas sociales como su principal componente. La teoría crítica en derechos humanos debe tener un compromiso con estas luchas y con los actores y movimientos sociales que lo hacen posible en contextos estructurales y discursivos asimétricos y desiguales. Ganar autoestima y convocar humanidad forma parte de las acciones que los sujetos desarrollan para manifestar diversas formas de construir lo humano. Desde la teoría se debe acompañar estas dinámicas, como complemento y apoyo.

Abstract

Human rights, among others elements, has social struggles as its main component. The Critical Theory in human rights must have a commitment with these struggles and with the actors and social movements that make it possible in the middle of structural and discursive contexts that are uneven and asymmetric. Winning self-esteem and calling on humanity form part of the actions that individuals develop to affirm diverse forms of building humanity. Theory should accompany these dynamics as complement and support.
