Resumen

Con motivo de la reforma al artículo 18 constitucional y atendiendo al concierto internacional en cuanto a justicia para adolescentes se refiere, nuestro país adopta el sistema garantista también llamado sistema integral, razón por la cual el modelo tutelar deja ser vigente para dar paso al modelo inicialmente citado, así como a la producción de trabajos de investigación y a la emisión de una serie de criterios por parte del más Alto Tribunal, que buscan sistematizar los conocimientos interdisciplinarios que permitan comprender la dinámica actual de la delincuencia juvenil. El objeto de este artículo es resaltar los principios en los que descansa el modelo de justicia de protección integral y la necesidad de especialización de los todos los operadores que intervienen en el sistema de justicia de menores.

Abstract

On the occasion of the reform in article 18 of the constitution and taking into consideration the international agreements regarding juvenile justice, our country adopts a comprehensive and protective system and changes the previous tutelary custodial model. Due to this transformation, some research projects and the criteria by the Supreme Court approach interdisciplinary information so that the dynamics of juvenile justice can be clearly understood. The purpose of this article is to emphasize the principles of a protective and comprehensive model of justice and the need to specialize the actors participating in this type of justice.
